Head Coach, Gabby Jex

Coach Gabby.. combines a high end playing background with a deep commitment to athletic development.
She has coached elite minor hockey teams from U13-U18 for the past 5 years and is currently Head Coach of the
HPP U18AA Owen Sound Icehawks. Beginning at Junior with Etobicoke, she also played USports at Laurentian
University and then Adrian College (Michigan) where she graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Biology. Leveraging
her own experience and a commitment to excellence, as a coach and trainer she is focused on skill development,
goal-setting and fostering resilience in her players. Gabby's approach emphasizes building a strong team culture,
discipline and perseverance to prepare athletes to succeed both on and off the ice. Welcome aboard Gabby!
