Coach Justin... has been a part of our team for the past 6 years. He is a co-owner and
co-founder of Salvatore Hockey Development dedicated to bringing value to both players and goalies
in a positive and encouraging way. With his focus and passion to develop young athletes, we recruited him
as a coach for our 2022 BRICK team. We are not surprised by the success he had with his Pro Hockey teams
over the years. Not only will Justin be part of our 2015 Edition BRICK Coaching Staff, he has taken on the task to
coach and recruit our 2019 team for their inaugural season. Much success in 2025!

Coach Franco... was part of the 2012 born Pro Hockey Brick team and 2013/2015 born Pre Brick team.
Now, in his 6th year with us, he is a co-owner and co-founder of Salvatore Hockey Development where he is
head on-ice instructor for player development. Coach Franco has played AAA hockey throughout his career,
achieving numerous awards and accolades. We look forward to his continued success in 2025 with our new crop
of players and the 2015 Pro Hockey BRICK team.
