Head Coach, Adam Truedell

Coach Adam... has been coaching and training athletes for almost 15 years. Most recently, he has been working
with various hockey teams from U8 to U11AA. Growing up in Toronto, Adam was able to leverage his love
of hockey and lacrosse to springboard into a Sports Management honours degree at Brock University,
where he excelled as a student athlete in both rowing and lacrosse. Adam's objective and focus is for his athletes
to become the best versions of themselves by committing to their goals through awareness, strategy and execution.
We look forward to Adam's experiences and dedication to build a competitive team.
