Joe began his coaching career at the young age of 17, while operating his NextGen Hockey School
in the Greater Toronto Area. For the last 8 years, Joe has coached in the GTHL and KSL (Klevr)
where his teams have won championships in both leagues. Most recently, Joe has become a partner
with the Toronto Raiders Hockey Club, where he coaches their 2017 Team.

In 2025, Joe's 2017 Elite Pro Hockey teams were dominant throughout the spring and summer,
winning most high profile tournaments in his age group and elite AAA category.
